How many guests can stay at your hotel?

The maximum capacity is 6, including adults and children. However, up to two preschool children under the age of 5 who can sleep with their parents are not counted toward the maximum capacity.

Please refrain from using the hotel beyond its maximum capacity. If you are found to be using the room in excess of the maximum capacity, you may be asked to vacate the hotel immediately and pay a penalty fee.


Are children and babies allowed?

Children and babies are welcome. Please enjoy our hotel with your family.


Are pets allowed?

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in the hotel.


What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in is from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m. and check-out is no later than 10 a.m. Check-in and check-out are possible only within these time frames.


How do I check-in?

After you enter the hotel, use the tablet for check-in. After you have made a reservation, we will send you an e-mail with details about the check-in procedure.


When are cancellation fees charged?

Cancellation fees vary by accommodation plan. Please check the cancellation fee for your plan.


Can I change the number of guests?

To change the number of guests, please contact the hotel at least one day in advance of your stay.


I would like to reduce the number of nights for my reservation. Will there be a cancellation fee?

You can reduce the number of nights for your reservation. However, you might be charged a cancellation fee. Note that changes might not be possible for plans with a fixed number of nights.


Are meals provided?

Meals are not provided, because we hope you will try the different food available in Gujo Hachiman. Please refer to the Best Places to Visit in Gujo Hachiman page of this website for a list of shops in the surrounding area.


Is there a kitchen in the room?

No, there is no kitchen in the room. Open flames are strictly prohibited, so you may not cook with fire. However, the room is equipped with a microwave oven, a kettle, a sink, and a counter top.

Do you have bedding and pajamas for children?

We do not provide bedding or pajamas for children.


Are there any services that can be used with the projector?

Android TV is available. You can watch television programs, use YouTube and other apps, and view video streaming services.
* Some apps and video streaming services are only available to guests who have registered their own accounts. Some services might not be available without a registered account.


Can I connect a computer or game console to the projector?

You can only use an HDMI cable. Please make sure that your device supports HDMI, as the projector is not compatible with USB Type-C, Thunderbolt, or other types of connections.
We are not responsible for any malfunction or damage caused by the use of any connection other than HDMI.


Is the hotel non-smoking?

Smoking is prohibited in all areas of the hotel, both inside and outside.


Is there free parking available?

A parking space is available for one car. Details will be provided after your reservation has been made. If you are coming in two or more cars, please use a nearby toll parking lot.


How do I get to the hotel from the nearest train station?

- Nagaragawa Railway: 15-minute walk from Gujo Hachiman Station
- Gifu Bus: 8-minute walk from Gujo Hachiman Jokamachi Plaza
- Highway Bus: 10 minutes by car from Gujo Hachiman Interchange (taxis are available by reservation)

Highway buses to Gujo Hachiman run from Nagoya Station and Gifu Station.
- Direct routes (no bus changes) that take about two hours

Is the hotel staffed?

There is no on-site staff at the hotel.
